Shipping rates
Flat Standard shipping rate $12.
2nd Day shipping rate $35.

Processing time
Orders once received will be shipped within 2 business days.
For 2nd Day shipments:

  • Orders placed Monday-Friday before 12pm ET will begin processing that day (excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed after 12pm ET will begin processing the next business day (excluding holidays)
  • Orders placed after 12pm ET on Friday will begin processing the following Monday (excluding holidays)

CQ Luxe will contact you with a follow-up email if the merchandise you have selected is not available at the time of order processing.You will be contacted by e-mail with a tracking number when your order leaves our distribution center.

Please note: a customer signature is required for Basic and Priority deliveries over $500.

Additionally, any item that contains Python or other exotic skin can not be shipped to California.

RETURN POLICY

We want all our customers to be happy with their CQ Luxe purchase and online experience! If you are not satisfied with your order, we will respectively accept your return.

All returns must be made within 7 days of delivery. Merchandise must be returned in unused, original condition with tags and original packaging.

CQ Luxe has the right to refuse any goods that do not meet our Return Policy requirements.
Merchandise may be returned for exchange, credit, or refund (website purchases only).

Shipping and handling costs are not refundable. Customer will be responsible for all shipping & re-shipping charges for exchanges.

Approved refunds will be processed within 5 business days of approval, via a credit to your credit card.
If after 14 days of shipping your return to us you have not seen your credit appear, please contact us at info@cqluxe.com.

All sale items, custom orders and custom sized belts are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Defective or Damaged Items:
Please follow the return process above. Exchanges or store credits (only) will be made, subject to receiving & inspection by us.
